Deposit and Cancellation PolicyDeposit and Cancellation Policy for Canyon Crest Lodge as published on the world wide web. For any break up to and including three nights:A non-refundable Deposit of $50.00 (fifty US Dollars) is required at time of booking.For any break of four nights or longer:A non-refundable Deposit of $100.00 (one hundred US Dollars) is required at time of booking.For both the above, balance of payment must be made at least seven days prior to arrival.________________________________Holiday reservations:This includes all breaks during the following Holidays: Christmas, New Year, Spring Break, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Ride The Rockies and Parelli Conference.For breaks encompassing any of the above Holidays, payment is due in full at time of reservation and is 100% non-refundable due to high demand at these times.
